Based on the tarot card of the same name, this work presents the esoteric archetype journeying through the Chihuahuan Sierra on a blue deer, accompanied by the owl and the wolf as guardians. As in most of the artist’s work, the five elements are depicted as tools for self-knowledge and introspection.
